If the film thickness is 100μm or more and less than 125μm, it is determined by paint adhering to the 100μm tooth but not to the 125μm tooth.
Easy to use; measurement can be performed by simply placing it perpendicularly on a smooth area of the coated surface.
■ How to Use and Advice
After spray painting, place the 25-125 side of the WTG3 perpendicularly on a smooth area of the coated surface. If paint adheres to the 100μm tooth, it indicates a film thickness of 100μm or more; if paint does not adhere to the 125μm tooth, it indicates a film thickness of 100μm or more and less than 125μm. This simple operation allows for immediate confirmation of painting quality and adjustments as needed.
