The MacDry MB-1001 is a 1200-liter capacity low-temperature, low-humidity baking oven optimized for low-temperature baking of IC packages. Compliant with IPC/JEDEC standards, it prevents moisture damage to electronic components and significantly improves their quality and lifespan by providing baking at up to 50°C and an ultra-low humidity environment of 1%RH.
