Its unique self-clamping system enables easy insert replacement and secure clamping, demonstrating high rigidity even for side-feed machining. Furthermore, its simple structure without a clamp plate ensures smooth chip flow, enabling efficient chip evacuation.

Easy insert replacement provides secure clamping. It maintains high stability even during side-feed machining, and its simple structure does not obstruct chip flow.
- Adjustable Blade for Face Grooving
The overhang length can be adjusted, supporting a maximum grooving depth of 65mm. Settings are easy with the scale engraved on the side. The blade has a large height dimension (h2 > h1), possesses high rigidity, and demonstrates excellent performance even in deep face grooving.
- High-Pressure Coolant Holder (CHP type)
Supplies cutting fluid directly to the cutting edge, significantly improving chip control and tool life.
