TungForce-Rec is an optimal high-precision, high-reliability cutter for small-diameter 90-degree shoulder milling. By adopting a unique V-shaped insert and clamping mechanism, it ensures stability during machining and suppresses chatter and insert movement. Furthermore, with a design that enhances chipping resistance and strength, it supports a wide range of work materials, from steel and aluminum alloys to heat-resistant alloys. Equipped with high-precision periphery ground inserts, it provides excellent machined surface quality and wall accuracy.
