BoreMeister is a tool system developed to suppress chatter in deep hole boring. Even under difficult machining conditions with a maximum tool overhang L/D = 10, its internal vibration suppression mechanism enables high-precision and stable machining. It supports minimum machining diameters from ø20mm and offers a lineup of interchangeable heads adaptable to a wide range of machining applications.

The vibration suppression mechanism built into the tool body effectively suppresses chatter that occurs during deep hole boring. Stable machining is possible even under overhang conditions of max L/D = 10.
