Product Overview & Features

T-LASER is a Japanese-made laser welding machine developed to solve challenges directly on the maintenance floor of precision molds.

  • Stable Cladding Precision: Thanks to an excellent optical design, stable processing is achieved from low-output to high-output ranges. Even for mirror-finish molds, it delivers high-precision welding while minimizing sink marks and cloudiness.
  • Easy Operability: Designed with a built-in microscope, it allows operators to immediately repair micro-damage on-site.
  • Flexible Adaptability: Our unique technology enables a diverse lineup that handles everything from small to large workpieces. Additionally, the cartridge-style power supply unit significantly improves ease of maintenance.

Application Examples & Repair Track Record

We have a diverse track record of repairs ranging from precision plastic molds to large-scale die-casting molds.

  • Precision Plastic Molds: Cladding repairs for parting lines (flash prevention), sharp corners, fillets, worn areas, text removal, and gate plugging. It supports micro-welding on hardened SKD-11 base material using φ0.1mm wire.
  • Die-Casting Molds: Cladding repairs for heat checks, cracks, erosion, and edge restoration.
  • Mechanical Parts & Precision Joining: Repair of machining errors or dents on rolls and shafts, as well as precision joint welding for medical and electronic components (such as SUS316 mesh).

Telus Laser is a Japanese company specializing in laser processing and precision manufacturing, offering high-quality solutions for cutting, processing, and various industrial applications.

In Thailand, a machine showroom is scheduled to open soon, allowing customers to directly experience the technology, performance, and potential applications.
