- 4-Corner Inserts
Each insert has four cutting edges, supporting economical machining. Furthermore, the inserts can be mounted on either left or right-hand holders, contributing to efficient inventory management.
- High-Rigidity Clamping System
The unique clamping design, which supports the insert at three points, achieves excellent cutting edge positioning accuracy and high clamping rigidity. This allows for stable machining even under high-speed and high-feed conditions.
- Excellent Chip Evacuation
The holder supports smooth chip evacuation, preventing chip clogging during machining.
