AddForceCut is a high-rigidity grooving and cut-off tool series offered by Tungaloy, which, with its unique self-clamping system, demonstrates excellent stability in deep grooving and large diameter cut-off operations. Furthermore, TungFeedBlade is a modular blade system compatible with AddForceCut inserts, enabling high-feed machining and contributing to increased productivity.

- Innovative Clamping System of AddForceCut
It firmly clamps the insert at three points, providing high stability and precision during deep grooving. A stopper supporting the bottom of the insert also ensures excellent repeatability of the cutting edge position.
- Modular Blade Design of TungFeedBlade
The triangular blade has three insert pockets, allowing for up to three uses per blade. This achieves reduced tool costs and shorter setup times.
- High-Feed Machining Capability
The TungFeedBlade system, when combined with robust CHTBR/L tool blocks, enables machining at high feed rates, improving productivity by 30-50%.
- Large Diameter Cut-off Capability
The TungFeedBlade system supports cut-off operations for workpieces up to 120mm in diameter, meeting a wide range of machining needs.
