Achieves long life with innovative dynamic lubrication. The TNKT series is a highly durable, compact cylinder that delivers stable performance even in harsh environments.
Oishi Kikai's TNKT series is a highly durable cylinder equipped with a unique dynamic lubrication system. Each stroke causes lubricating oil to splash inside the cylinder, providing cooling and seal lubrication effects. This feature significantly extends the cylinder's lifespan and provides cooling and seal lubrication effects. The internal seal design protects against debris, molding oil, and rod damage, ensuring optimal performance even under harsh press conditions. It has cleared eccentric load tests of over 1 million strokes, demonstrating high reliability as a durable cylinder.

Dynamic Lubrication System: Lubricating oil splashing inside the cylinder provides cooling and seal lubrication effects, extending the cylinder's lifespan.
Internal Seal Design: Less susceptible to the effects of debris, molding oil, and rod damage, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
High Durability: Successfully passed eccentric load tests of over 1 million strokes, demonstrating high durability.
Multiple Initial Pressure Options: Offers four types of initial pressure options: 1 ton, 2.4 tons, 4.2 tons, and 7 tons, accommodating various applications.
Long Stroke Compatibility: 1 ton and 2.4 ton models support long strokes up to 200mm, while 4.2 ton and 6.6 ton models support long strokes up to 225mm.
The TNKT series is a high-performance cylinder that meets diverse industrial demands with its high durability and innovative lubrication system. While having the same size as the T3 and T3T series, it is suitable for use under even harsher conditions, allowing for long-term stable operation.
