The ZEISS XENOS is a coordinate measuring machine developed to meet the highest standards of precision measurement. It features a new machine design based on the proven performance of the ZEISS CenterMax, incorporating linear drives on all axes and utilizing silicon carbide ceramic to minimize thermal expansion, achieving high rigidity and lightweight construction. As a result, it achieves extremely high positioning accuracy at high speeds, delivering top-tier measurement performance.

Innovative Machine Design: The moving axis is isolated from the clamping area, and only the crossbeam moves in the Y-direction, maintaining a constant moving mass.
Adoption of Linear Drives: By employing linear drives on all axes, high positioning accuracy and extremely high tracing capability are achieved even during high-speed and rapid acceleration.
Virtual Center Drive: The center drive of the Y-axis optimizes driving force according to the X-axis position, improving accuracy and tracing capability.
Use of Silicon Carbide Ceramic: By using silicon carbide ceramic, which has low thermal expansion and high rigidity, accuracy is further enhanced.
