The MAKINO FB127 vertical machining center was designed for manufacturers demanding top performance in precision machining. Through the movement of the X/Z axes and the arrangement of the Y-axis table, a non-overhang structure and precisely ground guide surfaces ensure excellent accuracy and rigidity. With a particular focus on vibration suppression during high-speed movement and temperature rise management, consistent accuracy is achieved even during long-duration machining.

Non-overhang Design: Eliminates overhangs that cause a reduction in machining accuracy across the entire stroke range.
High-Damping Sliding Guide Surfaces: The sliding guide surfaces adopted for the X/Z axes effectively suppress vibrations caused by cutting.
Ball Screw Core Cooling: Minimizes heat generation during machining, contributing to the maintenance of accuracy.
Spindle Cooling and Lubrication: Through core cooling and under-race lubrication, thermal deformation and wear during high-speed rotation are suppressed.
