The MAKINO V77 vertical machining center achieves high-speed, high-precision machining optimized for high-hardness materials, setting a new industry standard.
MAKINO's V77 vertical machining center is a high-performance machine that meets a wide range of needs, from precision mold machining to cutting high-hardness materials. It features a 40-taper spindle with 20,000 rpm and a 50-taper spindle with 12,000 rpm as standard specifications. Furthermore, special specifications such as an HSK-F63 shank with 30,000 rpm and an HSK-A100 shank with 18,000 rpm are offered as options. These diverse spindle specifications enable flexible machining tailored to various applications.

High-Speed Spindle: Both standard and special specification spindles minimize thermal deformation during high-speed rotation, achieving precision machining of high-hardness materials.
Spindle Core Cooling / Under-Race Lubrication: With a unique cooling and lubrication system, the spindle's performance is maintained even during long hours of machining, preserving machining accuracy.
Diverse Tool Magazine Options: The 40-taper spindle can store up to 80 tools, and the 50-taper spindle can store up to 60 tools. This contributes to machining efficiency and productivity improvement.
Makino Professional 6 Control System: This Windows CE-based control system is equipped with a large color touchscreen and the Super GI.5 high-speed machining control system. It offers intuitive operability and advanced machining technology.
