WTG3 Wet Film Thickness Gauge: Check paint film thickness immediately after spraying, confidently supporting paint quality management.
The WTG3 Wet Film Thickness Gauge is a measuring tool designed to significantly improve the accuracy and quality of painting work. This meter can easily and accurately measure the wet paint film thickness immediately after spraying. The WTG3 is used to measure film thickness from 25μm to 125μm and can be used by placing the gauge vertically on the paint film surface to directly verify if the desired film thickness has been achieved.

Designed with equal height on both sides, film thickness is determined by paint adhesion at specific markings (e.g., 100μm).
If the film thickness is between 100μm and less than 125μm, it will be determined by paint adhesion at the 100μm mark but not at the 125μm mark.
Easy to use, simply place the meter vertically on a smooth paint film surface to measure.
■ How to Use and Instructions
After painting, use the side of the WTG3 with markings from 25 to 125 and place it vertically on a smooth paint film surface. If paint adheres to the 100μm mark, it means the film thickness is greater than 100μm. And if paint does not adhere to the 125μm mark, the film thickness is between 100μm and less than 125μm. With this simple operation, you can immediately confirm the quality of the painting work and make adjustments as needed.
The WTG3 is an essential tool for maintaining paint quality and reducing excessive paint consumption. Accurate film thickness measurement enhances quality management and the efficiency of painting operations.
