The vibration absorption system, centered around the High-Pressure Paint Regulator (HMR4), Check Valve (HRV4), and Vibration Absorber (DA1), effectively reduces vibration during paint delivery. This system converts primary pressure instability into a stable secondary pressure of less than 5 MPa, eliminating paint spraying imbalances caused by vibration. It is suitable for industrial applications requiring precise paint delivery.

HMR4 (High-Pressure Paint Regulator): Utilizes a high-precision diffusion method, converting primary pressure up to 10 MPa into a stable secondary pressure below 5 MPa.
HRV4 (Check Valve): Integrates a check valve into the post-vibration circulation system to prevent unstable spraying conditions and circulation volume.
DA1 (Vibration Absorber): Absorbs vibrations caused by valve switching in air-operated diaphragm paint delivery pumps to ensure stable paint delivery.
