Special Features
- High Coating Efficiency: By utilizing an earthing system, which increases the electric field concentration near the electrode, the charge amount of paint particles is enhanced. This allows for a reduction in paint consumption of approximately 40% compared to air spray guns and approximately 20% compared to our previous model, depending on painting conditions.
- Improved Working Environment: The effect of the electric field lines generated between the charging electrode and the gun's earthing significantly reduces the bounce-back of paint mist to the user, thereby creating a more comfortable working environment.
- Ease of Use: With the world's smallest design (total length 180 mm), it offers easy control, reducing fatigue during long hours of operation. It also facilitates painting on uneven surfaces and in hard-to-reach areas with ease.
- High Safety: It operates at a lower voltage than conventional electrostatic spray guns, and the gun body features an internal HV indicator, allowing for easy visualization of electrostatic charging during painting operations.
- Easy Maintenance: The reduction in the number of parts through modular assembly makes part replacement easy using only common tools.
