This product is a high-performance sensor that can measure a 6 GHz frequency band, measure magnetic flux in all directions, and pinpoint the location of powerful EMC interference generation.
We offer a product lineup that supports A4 and A3 compatible products, depending on the size of the product to be measured.
A4 compatible products have a housing size that can be easily installed on a laboratory workbench, making them ideal for measuring EUTs up to A4 size.
A3 compatible products can measure EUTs with long cables and tall EUTs.

Additionally, various options are available, such as near-field magnetic probes and small 3-axis sensors developed by the manufacturer. When combined, it is possible to offer electromagnetic interference measurements that support various measurement environments, such as for LSI internal measurements, electronic circuit board measurements, and vehicle measurements.

We offer a total of 17 types of probes and sensors developed in-house by the manufacturer.
Among them, there are 11 types of near-field probes, such as for side-channel attack analysis.
Efficient and accurate measurements can be performed by using various types, depending on the measurement content.
○ Shape Measurement with Laser Distance Meter
The laser distance sensor measures the shape of the object to be measured without contact.
Equal distance measurements can be performed on component surfaces at different heights, enabling more sensitive and accurate interference measurements.
○ Shield Box
Please use when precise noise measurements are required, for example, when the external radio wave environment or the office electromagnetic environment is poor.
You can purchase a shield box suitable for each model as an option.
