Thermashield (Thermashield) is a welding fume reduction device developed from a joint research project between the Maintenance Technology Center, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, and Thermal Mechanics Co., Ltd., under the Research Gap Fund project of NSTDA. This device is designed to reduce welding fumes from MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and Flux-Cored Wire welding processes with maximum efficiency of up to 30%.
