The MAKINO EDAF2 NC electrical discharge machine primarily utilizes H.E.A.T. technology to significantly reduce machining time and electrode wear. The increase in machining energy per unit time via Hyper-Cut and the reduction in rough machining time via Super Spark have set new standards for the electrical discharge machining process. The high-speed jump feature, HS-Rib, at 20m/min, enables efficient debris removal and further reduces machining time.
