The MAKINO V77 Vertical Machining Center is a high-performance machine, meeting diverse requirements from high-precision mold manufacturing to machining high-hardness materials. It features standard 40-taper spindles with 20,000 rpm and 50-taper spindles with 12,000 rpm, with options for HSK-F63 spindles at 30,000 rpm or HSK-A100 spindles at 18,000 rpm. This wide range of spindle specifications enables flexible manufacturing according to application requirements.

High-Speed Spindle: Standard and optional spindles minimize thermal displacement during high-speed rotation, enabling precise machining of high-hardness materials.
Ball Screw Core Cooling / Under-Race Lubrication System: This unique cooling and lubrication system helps maintain spindle performance and machining accuracy even during long periods of operation.
Diverse Tool Magazine Options: The 40-taper spindle can hold up to 80 tools, and the 50-taper spindle can hold up to 60 tools, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
MAKINO Professional 6 Control System: Utilizing the Windows CE operating system, equipped with a large touchscreen and the Super GI.5 production control system, offering intuitive operation and advanced manufacturing technology.
