The MAKINO V33i vertical machining center (VMC) is designed for high-precision mold manufacturing, capable of continuous long-term operation. Its spindle and table positioning, non-overhang design, and high-damping guide system enable it to maintain machining accuracy and long-term precision retention.

Precise Temperature Control: Multiple cooling systems, including ball screw core cooling and X-axis guideway surface cooling, reduce temperature rise during machining, maintaining consistent accuracy.
High Rigidity Design: A one-piece cast structure with a short spindle design minimizes vibration during high-speed rotation, ensuring long-term precision.
New Spindle Technology: The newly developed spindle can rotate up to 30,000 RPM, reducing vibration during high-speed rotation, improving machining surface quality and tool life.
