6. Rings
Industrial standard rings, including compression rings and oil rings, for extended service life.
7. Connecting Rod
All units use precisely manufactured industrial standard connecting rods for splash lubrication.
8. Bearings
High-quality bearings for long service life and easy maintenance, including both ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings used in FUSHENG air compressors.
9. Air Intake Filter
Permanent air filter with an effective sound-absorbing filter element, easily removable for cleaning.
10. Unloader for Continuous Operation
For air compressors operating continuously, this feature prevents pressure buildup until the air pressure drops to a low level, at which point compression restarts. (Pump head assembly does not include pipes and fittings).
11. Flywheel Fan
Balanced fan blades reduce vibration during operation, and the fan design aids in cooling the air compressor.
12. Crankcase
Extra-large crankcase with a large oil reservoir ensures cooler operation and superior lubrication.
