Since the company's establishment on September 30, 1987, we have been handling in-house customs clearance, and we also manage pre- and post-clearance procedures such as applications for other laws and regulations to various ministries and agencies, and applications for customs duty refunds, in addition to customs declarations. Furthermore, we handle special customs clearances such as hand-carry customs clearance and unaccompanied baggage customs clearance for relocations, as well as customs clearance for hazardous materials, equipment, food products, and pharmaceuticals, alongside general goods.
We have numerous experienced staff, and paperless (EDI) online processing with each customs office has been introduced in all customs clearance departments. We are certified as an "Authorized Customs Broker" under the AEO program. A total of 75 experienced staff members specializing in customs operations and customs procedures are available to meet our customers' needs at the sea freight gateways of Laem Chabang and Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport for air freight, as well as in Chiang Mai and Ayutthaya.

AEO is a system whose standards were established by the WCO (World Customs Organization) with the aim of achieving both security in international logistics and the smooth flow of goods. Siam Nistrans received certification from the Thai Customs Department in April 2014. (AEO Reference No.THC570019)
