The DDP-70B series is a compact diaphragm pump offered by Anest Iwata, specializing in stable paint supply. It prevents malfunctions in paint supply and is optimized for painting lines and automated equipment.
Features
This pump series adopts Anest Iwata's unique double-spool air operated valve in all models, drastically reducing stoppages during paint supply. Furthermore, the mirror-finished inner surface of the paint chamber significantly shortens color changeover and cleaning times.
Specifications
The DDP-70B series has a maximum discharge rate of 6 L/min and a maximum performance of 300 cycles/min, with a usable viscosity of 190 mPa·s or less. It is available in two material types, aluminum and stainless steel, making it compatible with various paints.
