Furthermore, it can replace existing pressure-feed air spray guns, allowing for easy painting utilizing the electrostatic effect.

The EA-MS40 series is an air-powered electrostatic spray gun that does not require an electrostatic controller. Its lightweight design and ergonomic grip reduce strain on the hand even during long hours of work, and improve operational efficiency.

The main feature of this spray gun is that while achieving high transfer efficiency, it reduces paint waste and lowers costs. Even for parts with complex shapes, uniform coating can be achieved in a short time, also contributing to energy savings.
Specifications
Paint and fluid supply is pressure-feed. The nozzle diameter is 1.5mm, the pattern width is 450mm, and the high-voltage generation method adopted is internal air-powered. The output voltage is a maximum of 40kV, and the recommended paint viscosity is 20 seconds/NK-2.
