This product is ideal for simple application tasks, with a small size of 56mm in total length, 62mm in total width, 80mm in total height, and a weight of 270g. It is primarily used for applying release agents, mold coatings, anti-spatter agents, water, oil, paints, adhesives, deodorizers, lubricants, etc., and can be mounted in multiples on automatic machines and labor-saving machinery for set manufacturers and in-house equipment. The simple type automatic gun integrates spray air and piston operating air, allowing spraying with a single three-way solenoid valve, making operation easy. However, it is not suitable for delicate painting or low-pressure spraying. Paint and liquid supply is pressure-fed, with a nozzle bore of 1.0mm, spray air pressure of 0.25MPa, and paint discharge volume of 150mL/min.

Its very simple mechanism allows for operation and spraying with a single three-way solenoid valve, making it easy to install even in environments with limited installation space. Additionally, the simple type automatic gun integrates spray air and piston operating air, making operation easy. However, to operate the piston, the spray air pressure needs to be set to approximately 0.35MPa.
