The ISP-90 dry vacuum pump is a high-efficiency, low-vibration vacuum generation device offered by ANEST IWATA. As it does not use lubricating oil, it achieves a clean vacuum environment and supports a wide range of applications such as scientific experiments, analytical instruments, and vacuum packaging machines.
Features
The main feature of this vacuum pump is its ability to be used across a wide pressure range, from atmospheric pressure to ultimate pressure. It also features a multi-voltage specification for use with power supplies worldwide, and adopts scroll technology to achieve low vibration and low noise. With minimal leakage and no need for cooling water or lubricating oil, maintenance is extremely simple.
Specifications
The ISP-90 has a design pumping speed of 90 L/min at 50Hz and 108 L/min at 60Hz, with an ultimate pressure of 5 Pa or less. The intake port diameter and exhaust port diameter are NW25 and NW16 respectively, and it employs an air-cooled system. Furthermore, the operating ambient temperature range is 5℃ to 40℃, the approximate mass is 14kg, and the external dimensions are 214×308×225mm.
