The servo drive system consists of the basic SINAMICS V90 servo converter and the SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotor. This system features eight converter frame sizes and seven motor shaft heights, covering a performance range from 0.05 kW to 7.0 kW for single-phase and three-phase networks. It can be seamlessly integrated via PTI, PROFINET, USS, or Modbus RTU. The SINAMICS V90 servo drive system enables the efficient and convenient implementation of a wide range of simple Motion Control tasks, with a focus on dynamic motion and processing.
V90 DRIVE
The SINAMICS V90 is designed to cater to general purpose servo drive applications. Commissioning the SINAMICS V90 servo drive system is straightforward - essentially a plug & play process. Moreover, it features optimized servo performance, can be quickly integrated into SIMATIC PLC control systems, and boasts a high degree of reliability.

The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotors are naturally cooled, permanent-magnet synchronous motors, where heat is dissipated through the motor surface.
