We provide tube mills, fin rolls, fin machines, fin stackers, core assembly equipment, and other equipment covering various processes in microchannel heat exchanger production. We can propose individual equipment or automation lines based on your production requirements.

■ Fin & Tube Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Equipment
We provide equipment for various Fin & Tube heat exchanger manufacturing processes, including L-bending and U-bending equipment. We can also support large-size products.

■ Stacked Heat Exchanger Assembly Automation
We provide automated assembly equipment for stacking and assembly processes based on product design and production requirements.

■ Manufacturing Equipment for Various Heat Exchanger Products
We also provide manufacturing equipment for residential air conditioners, commercial air conditioners, and various other heat exchanger products.

【Tube / Pipe Processing Equipment】

We provide CNC tube benders, tube end forming machines, rotary tube cutters, and other tube/pipe processing equipment.

For CNC tube benders, we can also propose equipment for large-diameter tubes and pipes exceeding φ70 mm.

In addition to new equipment, we also support retrofit and modification of existing equipment, overhaul, spare parts, tooling, and maintenance.

Our Japanese staff and Thai staff who can communicate in Japanese provide support in Japanese, English, and Thai.
