The CKM ELECTRONICS 3001 SERIES is a high-conductivity wire-to-board connector designed for robust performance across various applications. Electrically, it is rated for a maximum voltage of 250 Vrms and accommodates AWG 16 to 30 wires, with current ratings varying by AWG and pin count (e.g., 12.5A for AWG 16, 2-pin configuration), subject to application-dependent derating to prevent exceeding a 30°C temperature rise. Key electrical specifications include an initial contact resistance of 10 mΩ maximum, insulation resistance of 1,000 MΩ minimum, and dielectric withstand voltage up to 500 VDC or twice the rated voltage plus 1000 VAC. Mechanically, it boasts an insertion force of 8.0 N/pin maximum, withdrawal force of 2.0 N/pin minimum, crimp terminal retention force of 24.5 N minimum, and durability for 30 mating cycles. The connector operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is rigorously tested for environmental resilience, including vibration, shock, solderability (95% minimum coverage), salt spray, resistance to soldering heat, thermal aging, humidity, and cold resistance, ensuring compliance with comprehensive performance and qualification standards.
