This modular system is engineered to achieve a reference clean class of 1,000 (ISO Class 6-7 equivalent), integrating high-performance HEPA filters boasting 99.95% efficiency at 0.3um, driven by FFU units capable of delivering a substantial 15 m³/min airflow. The booth's robust yet adaptable construction features an aluminum frame with comprehensive ESD support, complemented by Achilles Seiden F t0.3mm ESD sheets available in transparent or black finishes. Illumination is provided by a combination of fluorescent (2x36W) and LED (2x15W 6,500K) lamps, ensuring optimal visibility. Access flexibility is a key feature, offering both open and slide door configurations, each equipped with t2mm entrance ESD sheets, alongside integrated electrical controls including a breaker box and switch control. Engineered for straightforward assembly and modification (knock-down design), the Clean Booth is highly versatile, accommodating diverse layouts and applications. It supports extensive customization through a wide array of optional units such as pass boxes, air showers (with adjustable size and door direction), garment stockers (optionally with FFU units), and shoes boxes. Furthermore, a comprehensive selection of specialized door and panel components, including various hinges (flat, slip-joint, free), door locks, pulls, and magnet/ball catches, ensures tailored solutions for precise clean environment requirements, including cost-effective "Green Frame Booth" configurations.
