Technical features include a bottom dead center mechanical stopper, two-step motion (high-speed approach, low-speed pressing) to reduce approach time, constant pressing force regardless of workpiece thickness, and comprehensive safety measures like a safety block and two-hand operation. It boasts a one-touch positioning mechanism, wide table, and large throat for excellent workability, an energy-saving complex cylinder with a variable pump, and shock-free pressing to extend mold life. The compact design with a built-in hydraulic unit operates instantly with a 200V power source, is easily integrated into automated lines, and is mist-free, ensuring a hygienic environment.
