Robots Optimized for Painting_MOTOMAN-MPX Series_Catalog
Boosting painting quality and productivity.
The Yaskawa MOTOMAN-MPX Series comprises robots specifically optimized for painting applications, compatible with the DX200 Robot Controller. These robots are engineered to enhance painting quality, boost work efficiency, reduce equipment installation costs, and enable compact, standardized setups with simplified maintenance. The series features diverse models such as the MPX1150 (727mm reach, 5kg wrist payload) for small workpieces, recognized as one of the smallest intrinsically safe robots. Other models include the MPX1400 (1256mm reach) for improved flexibility, the MPX1950 (1450mm reach, 7kg wrist payload) with a hollow wrist for small spray guns, and the MPX2600 (2000mm reach, 15kg wrist payload) featuring a large-diameter hollow arm for multiple guns. The MPXL2600 (2100mm reach) incorporates a lemma wrist for intuitive operation, while the MPX3500 (2700mm reach, 15kg wrist payload) is a large painting robot offering various installation methods and a symmetrical design. These robots support a wide range of applications, from painting small parts in compact booths and tracking workpieces on conveyors to complex automobile interior painting utilizing opener robots like the MPO10L, MPO10, and MPO40. The DX200 controller provides compact unit configuration, advanced calibration, and I/O control functions. The MPXAP Air Control Panel offers miniaturized, enhanced control with diverse communication options. Integrated solutions with MOTOFEEDER II rotational workpiece feeders and PMU Series motor units with pressurized enclosures further boost productivity and safety. The Yaskawa Cockpit facilitates real-time data management and integrated maintenance for the entire system, offering a comprehensive solution to optimize production efficiency and quality across various painting needs.
