Crossed Roller Bearings Catalog
IKO Crossed Roller Bearings are compact, high-rigidity bearings capable of simultaneously handling radial, thrust, and moment loads from all directions. Their unique crossed roller arrangement and line-contact design minimize elastic deformation, ensuring high precision. Available in various types, including High Rigidity (CRBHV, CRBFV) for superior stiffness, Standard (CRBC, CRB) with split outer rings for easy handling, Super Slim (CRBT, CRBTF) featuring an ultra-low cross-sectional height of 5.5mm and 5mm width for significant space and weight savings, and Slim (CRBS) with a small outer diameter. Mounting Holed types (CRBFV, CRBTF) offer easy direct installation and enhanced rigidity. These bearings are widely used in industrial robots, machine tools, and medical equipment where compactness, rigidity, and rotational accuracy are critical. Technical features include various accuracy classes (P6, P5, P4, P2), specified radial internal clearances, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C (lower for sealed types). Lubrication is typically grease, with advanced Liquid Crystal Lubricant (LCL) options offering superior durability, vacuum characteristics, and low rotational torque. Stainless steel and custom oil hole configurations are available upon request.
