This catalog details a comprehensive range of industrial lubricants, categorized into Paste, Oil, and Current Lube, each engineered for specific applications. The Paste series features five distinct products: LM-32* NV Albina, an NLGI 2 polyalkylene glycol and MoS2 paste offering excellent heat and high-load resistance (up to 450°C, PV 17, friction 0.12) for turbine blade embedding and hot part bolt tightening; LM-82 Booster #100, an NLGI 2 MoS2-rich paste for assembling and adjusting (up to 450°C, PV 13, friction 0.09), known for quick MoS2 film formation on high-load bearings and preventing fretting corrosion; LM-0801 Paste Spray, an NLGI 1 aerosol version of LM-82 for convenient application (up to 200°C); LM-83 Booster, an NLGI 1 MoS2 and paraffin mineral oil paste with superior adhesion for high-class assembly (up to 160°C, PV 15, friction 0.08); and LM-901 Aluminum Special, an aluminum-based paste for extreme ultra-high temperature (up to 1200°C, pressure load 461 MPa) with outstanding anti-burn-in properties, suitable for turbine casings and furnace bolts, but not for sliding parts. The Oil additives, LM-81 Auto and LM-120 Heat-Resistant Oil, are MoS2 colloids designed to extend industrial oil service life, prevent aging, and improve performance; LM-81 (up to 180°C, PV 13, friction 0.10) is for general industrial oils, while LM-120 (up to 200°C, PV 12, friction 0.10) is specifically formulated for heat-resistant gear lubrication. Lastly, the Current Lube series, available in both grease (S-1, S-2) and oil (L-6, L-7) types, is engineered for electrical contact points. These products exhibit low electric resistance, a negative temperature coefficient, chemical inertness, and wide operating temperature ranges (e.g., S-1 from -30°C to 130°C, L-7 from -30°C to 240°C), effectively enhancing conductivity, lubrication, and preventing abrasion in diverse electrical equipment, from automotive switches to precision instruments.
