This innovative tool dramatically boosts Metal Removal Rate by up to 5 times and slashes machining time by 1/5, even in challenging long-reach applications, thanks to its optimized close pitch design and small entry angle for superior chatter stability. Two key insert styles are offered: LSMT-HM for versatile high feed milling, slotting, and pocketing, and LSMT-MM for semi-roughing and finishing of die and mold parts, delivering improved surface finish and a 9% reduction in cutting load via its free-cutting geometry and built-in side wiper. Advanced grades include AH3225, a nano multi-layer coated grade providing excellent resistance to wear, fracture, oxidation, and built-up edge, and AH8015, featuring PREMIUMTEC surface technology with an extremely hard nano multi-layered AlTiN coating (20% increased hardness) for machining hard and difficult materials while preventing chip adhesion. TUNGFORCEFEED excels in various 3D milling applications, including face milling, shoulder milling, helical interpolation, and ramping, ensuring reliable performance across a broad spectrum of workpiece materials.
