The system provides a comprehensive range of PVD/CVD coated and uncoated carbide grades, including the new AH3225 with nano multi-layer coating for enhanced wear, fracture, oxidation, and built-up edge resistance. Size 06 excels in high-precision machining, and Size 12 offers high productivity with a robust, close-pitch cutter body. Practical examples demonstrate significant performance improvements, such as reducing slotting machining time by two-thirds and boosting productivity by 2.6 times, and extending tool life by three times with 1.4 times higher productivity in shoulder milling. TUNGFREC supports diverse machining applications including shoulder milling, ramping, plunging, slotting, helical interpolation, and hole enlarging, and is compatible with the TungFlex modular system.
