The expanded insert grade lineup includes the new AH3225 nano multi-layer coating, offering superior resistance to wear, fracture, oxidation, built-up edge, and delamination, alongside other grades like AH3135, AH120, AH8015, T3225, T1215, and KS05F for diverse material applications (steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous, hard materials). TUNG-TRI demonstrates significant performance improvements, achieving up to 300% higher productivity and 250% longer tool life in various machining examples, including rotator shafts, machine parts, plates, and blocks, across different materials. The system supports various cutter types, including shank, modular, and roughing options, with a focus on high precision and cost-effectiveness.
