Tungaloy's ADDDFEED/DOFEED is a high-feed milling cutter series designed for maximum productivity and reduced machining time across diverse applications. It features three insert sizes: ADDDFEED (size 02, Ø8-Ø25mm, 0.5mm max DOC) for reliable small diameter milling; DOFEED (size 03, Ø16-Ø50mm, 0.9-1mm max DOC) with close-pitch design and UER inserts for extended tool life; and DOFEED (size 06, Ø32-Ø200mm, 1.5mm max DOC) for medium/large components, featuring close-pitch design and wiper inserts for superior surface finish. Key technical features include an extremely stiff body, economical double-sided inserts, thick and reliable insert design, and soft cutting geometry for superior chip control and chatter suppression. The new AH3225 nano multi-layer coating grade significantly enhances cutting edge integrity, wear, and fracture resistance, complemented by specialized grades (e.g., AH130 for titanium alloys) for diverse materials. This series delivers high metal removal rates and extended tool life in challenging milling operations.
