The DOFEED (size 03) offers a close-pitch cutter design for high productivity, an extensive lineup with various chipbreakers (MJ, ML, MS, MH), and new UER inserts with a small approach angle for extended tool life, reducing cutting forces by up to 10% compared to competitors. For larger applications, DOFEED (size 06) provides close-pitch designs for high productivity and wiper inserts for improved surface roughness. The series incorporates advanced PVD/CVD grades like AH3225, AH120, AH8015, AH8005, and AH130, utilizing nano multi-layer coating technology for superior wear, fracture, oxidation, and built-up edge resistance, ensuring long tool life across materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium alloys, heat-resistant alloys, and hardened steels.
