Its unique design ensures excellent repeatability and stability through a stopper supporting the insert bottom and three-point spring-clamping, complemented by effective 3D chipbreakers for smooth chip flow. The TungFeed-Blade provides thick insert support, minimizing tool deflection and chatter at high feed rates, resulting in superior surface quality and straightness. The series incorporates AH7025, a nano-scale multi-layered AlTiN PVD coating that boosts hardness by 20%, impedes micro-crack propagation, and enhances wear and fracture resistance. QGM chipbreakers offer smooth chip evacuation and strength, while QGS provides lower cutting force and superior sharpness for 2-5mm groove widths. AddForceCut significantly improves chip control and evacuation, doubling feed rates and tool life across diverse materials including steels, stainless steels, cast irons, superalloys, and titanium alloys.
