Asuto Global Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.'s Packing Management System (PMS 2.0 V1.2) is a robust solution optimizing manufacturing packing processes through integrated order management, packing execution, and inventory control. It enables Order Upload of detailed customer data (.xlsx) and generates QR code-enabled Packing Orders for efficient tracking. Real-time Packing Entry uses QR code scanning (Trans No, Manpower ID, Box SEQ, Part Number) for precise picking and boxing. A key technical feature, its Mapping Function, visually supports quality control by mapping product features and Q-points during inbound/outbound processes. It also includes Item Control (master data/image management), Packing Status (historical tracking/Excel export), and a Plan/Inventory Status Monitor (real-time stock levels, order/packed quantities, daily reports, minimum stock alerts). This system significantly enhances efficiency, accuracy, and quality control in manufacturing logistics.
