The BUNRI Chain Bucket Skimmer CBP is an advanced system designed for efficiently recovering floating oil and scum from coolant surfaces in manufacturing settings. Its key feature is a unique propeller that forcibly collects contaminants, significantly boosting recovery capacity. This design achieves an oil recovery rate approximately 8.9 times higher than conventional belt-type skimmers, based on in-house testing. The skimmer operates by generating a surface flow with its propeller, drawing in oil and scum. These are then separated by specific gravity within the unit; clean coolant is returned to the tank, and the separated oil is discharged. Two models, CBP-50- and CBP-100-, are available to accommodate diverse installation requirements, differing in size, minimum tank depth, and weight (e.g., CBP-50- at 12kg, CBP-100- at 123kg). This adaptability ensures optimal performance for maintaining coolant quality and extending its lifespan.
