Minicon 30 CAL | Labor saving by automating chip discharge for #30 machining centers
"Mini-con 30 CAL" is a chip conveyor designed to reduce operator burden and save labor by being installed in the manufacturer's standard mesh basket tank of a #30 machining center and automatically discharging chips. It allows time previously spent on cleaning to be reallocated to production.

■ Features
・Captures cutting chips with a punching filter.
・The punching filter is constantly in contact with a scraping plate for automatic cleaning.
・Backwashing is not required, so no mist is generated. This is effective for improving the factory environment.
・The chip discharge port of the conveyor has a liquid-draining structure, so chips are discharged in a dewatered state. This reduces coolant carry-out (coolant being discharged with chips).
・Since there are no consumables such as cartridge filters or paper filters, no industrial waste is generated.

・Processing flow rate: Water-soluble 200L/min (max)
