A: We recommend a major Annual Check once a year, using safety requirements equivalent to Japan’s occupational health and safety standards under Section 141 as a reference. Basic machine condition checks should also be performed regularly before daily operation.

Q: What should we do if the machine begins vibrating severely?
A: Stop the machine immediately and contact our engineering team. Common causes include:

1. Uneven sludge accumulation inside the rotor
2. Bearing wear
3. Deterioration of the machine base vibration-isolation rubber

Continuing operation under these conditions may cause serious damage to the motor and machine structure.

Q: Do you provide a replacement machine while our unit is being repaired?
A: We do not provide dedicated replacement machines specifically for repair periods. However, test/demo machines may be available for loan, including the manual TSK-51 and automatic CF-100.
