TOUTO SEPARATOR ASIA LTD.

Touto Separator Asia Ltd. was established in 2025 as the Thai subsidiary of Touto Separator Industry Co., Ltd., a leading centrifuge manufacturer from Tochigi, Japan, with over 58 years of expertise (founded in 1967). Under the vision of being a "Global Pioneer in Centrifugal Technology," the company is dedicated to introducing innovations that alleviate heavy workloads in industrial plants while providing rapid local service and maintenance support for customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

The core strength of Touto Separator lies in its "Filterless" technology. By utilizing centrifugal force to separate sludge without the need for consumable filters, the system significantly reduces operational costs. Specifically, the CF Series features an "Automatic Sludge Scraping" system, capable of precisely removing micro-contaminants—such as glass fragments from lens grinding, paint sludge from spray booths, or metal chips from machining—from process fluids. This technology maintains the cleanliness of coolants, directly improving product quality, reducing defect rates, and extending machine lifespan.

Amidst rising operational costs and labor shortages, Touto’s centrifuges offer a definitive solution to HDDS (Harsh, Dirty, Dangerous, Smelly) conditions—specifically the arduous task of manually cleaning sludge from wastewater tanks. Currently, this innovation is trusted by global leaders such as HOYA, Canon, Toyota, Honda, and Denso. It helps these companies achieve continuous, safe operations while minimizing running costs and industrial waste disposal.

The transition toward eco-friendly manufacturing is at the heart of Touto Separator Asia’s mission. We are committed to advancing Green Factory initiatives through water and fluid recycling technologies and complementary innovations such as the Smell Eliminator VOC removal system. Our goal is to balance environmental impact reduction with industrial productivity, growing sustainably alongside Thai society.
