Installation Process and System Layout

To ensure maximum efficiency of the Coolant Recycling System, the retrofit installation is carried out according to the following process:

1. Fluid Transfer
A pump transfers contaminated coolant from the existing tank into the centrifugal separator.

2. Sludge Separation
Contaminants are separated by high centrifugal force and collect on the inner wall of the rotor. With the automatic CF Series, sludge is automatically scraped out according to the preset timing. With the TSK Series, sludge is removed using a lever-operated scraping mechanism.

3. Returning Clean Fluid
After separation, the cleaned coolant is returned to the clean fluid tank and continuously reused in the production line.

4. Piping Layout
The outlet pipe must not be installed horizontally. It must be directed downward, and the end of the outlet pipe must not be submerged below the fluid level in the clean fluid tank.
