The MORIKAWA Automatic Solvent Recycler efficiently recovers and recycles waste solvents using a distillation regeneration system, optimizing costs and PRTR compliance. It heats waste solvent to vaporization, then condenses it into clean solvent. Features include easy residue management via heat/solvent-resistant liner bags or direct drainage, and compatibility with various solvent types. Specs: adjustable heater output and distillation temperatures (50°C-200°C), stainless steel wetted parts, and explosion-proof certification (UL, CSA, IEC). Available in normal pressure/decompression and continuous/batch configurations, processing capacities range from 5 to 30 L/hour. Cautions: solvent ignition temperature must be 50°C above boiling point; unsuitable for strong acids/alkalis or nitrocellulose.
