BLANCA treatment resolves stainless steel fastener issues like corrosion, galling, and workability, offering exceptional corrosion resistance with over 10,000 hours without red rust in salt spray tests, surpassing SUS316. It creates a hard, slippery surface, preventing galling and reducing tightening torque by 30% (test result: 0.22 N·m). BLANCA also improves workability, enabling automation and allowing drill screws to be used on stainless steel and high-tensile steel without pilot holes, while maintaining the original stainless steel appearance.
