Reverse Engineering and Drawing Creation from Physical Parts or Sketches

It is common for spare parts to be needed for molds used for many years or equipment from overseas manufacturers where "drawings are lost" or "data is missing due to old design." Facing refusals from manufacturers to produce parts without drawings or having to spend significant time on redesign directly correlates to the risk of line shutdowns.

We support reverse engineering (Reverse Engineering) where we create official drawings (Drawing) after micron-level measurements of worn or damaged physical parts or handwritten sketches. Our specialized team organizes the requirements and coordinates with engineers in China to reproduce the optimal design.

We remove damaged areas and re-machine or correct micro-shapes at the micron level.

Q. Do you provide after-sales support in Thailand?
