The DOWA S-TKM Series Heat Treatment Furnace is a compact, slim continuous furnace for atmosphere heat treatment, offering approximately three times the productivity of conventional batch furnaces and significant space savings. It features high-performance regenerative gas burners and a new insulation structure, ensuring substantial energy cost reductions and improved environmental performance. Models like STKM 80 and STKM 100 have overall lengths around 6.8-6.9m and effective furnace lengths of 3075mm. The system uses roller hearth conveyance and flexible gas/electric heating for preheating, carburizing, and quenching zones, with brick or ceramic refractory materials, ensuring efficient and eco-friendly operation.
